西武百貨店は静岡県には無くなってしまった・・・・・

静岡県沼津市の西武百貨店が本日 2013年1月31日を持って閉店しました。

このことにより、静岡県には西武百貨店が一店舗もなくなってしまいました。
沼津店・静岡店・浜松店と静岡県には三店舗ありました。
また、初めて知ったことなのですが、西武沼津店が地方のデパートとしては最初の百貨店だったのだそうです。
開店は、1957年なのだそうです。


わたしの住んでいる浜松市では、1997年12月に閉店しています。
浜松の西武百貨店が閉店したのは他の店舗とは違ったのだと、父が話してくれました。

☆浜松西武百貨店は静岡県では一番最後で、1971年に開店しています。☆
☆東京が浜松に来た感じで、青春時代と共に歩んで来たので閉店は辛かったそうです。☆
☆セゾンカードも持っていて、途中からはゴールドカードになったそうです。☆
☆売り場面積は広く、ずっと黒字だったと言います。☆
☆それが、なぜ？☆
☆当時、浜北市（現在の浜北区）のどこかに移転する計画で進んでいたそうです。☆
☆どこかと、提携して出店する予定だったのです。☆
☆けれど、何らかの理由で（記憶が薄れて忘れてしまった）、頓挫したそうです。☆
